2) Lily setttings

- Extract the tar.gz file to /u1/weblogic
  TWiki document:
  /u1/weblogic/twiki

  TWIKI_HOME=/u1/weblogic/twiki

- Edit
  $TWIKI_HOME/bin/*  to use Perl 5.6 in the /opt/perl/bin directory
  $TWIKI_HOME/bin/TWiki.cfg  to replace "/home/httpd" by "/u1/weblogic"

- Edit /opt/apache/conf/httpd.conf    
- Start Apache

3) Testing
