Who am I?
My name is Andreas Vögele. I work with trustsec IT solutions GmbH, a small company in Germany, as system administrator and software developer. We use TWiki in our own Intranet and maintain two TWiki installations at customer sites.
What do I want?
write access to
SVN for the following branches: twikiplugins
What can I do?
I'd like to adapt plugins to Dakar. I've updated the
LdapPlugin and would like to check in my changes before releasing a new version.
Other plugins we're interested in are the
ChildTopicTemplatePlugin,
DoxygenPlugin,
JavaDocPlugin, and
MsOfficeAttachmentsAsHTMLPlugin.
Why do I want to do it?
We're in the process of upgrading three TWiki installations to Dakar. Several plugins have to be updated.

Questions and Comments:
Andreas, I am very sorry, I think your request fell through the cracks

. Good LDAP support is very much in line with the
TWikiMission.
What do other
TWikiCommunity members think about Andreas request?

LDAP. Yes - that is a thing many corporate users will welcome.
People willing to maintain plugins are always welcome.

I second this (old) request, cause excellent and tested LDAP support is very important not only for Intranet sites.

Upgrading
three Cairo installations sure sounds like some process

I think it is very interesting to learn you are maintaining customer sites; the commercial aspect of TWiki is not explored to a wide extent yet.
Using
SVN as a primary repository is the right way to go, let's have that fixed asap.
