Which release does this feature, enhancement proposal, change requres, or bug report apply to? This field allows to sort out issues depending on the various releases.

I've removed this from ChangeProposalForm because it doesn't appear to have gone through any process of discussion or review before it was introduced.
It is also covered by ProposedFor field and the AffectedReleases row of the
Impact and Available Solutions section of bug reports (BugReportTopicTemplate. See ProposedNewFormsInCodev for the discussion that led to the current forms, templates and gateway topics.
