Bug: The 'NEW' flag in Changes is broken
The NEW flag is shown by
http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/changes/Codev
on some topics that have two or more revisions.
Test case
Click on
http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/changes/Codev
to test - note that
WebChanges does not have this problem.
As of 18:55 GMT today, here's a text version of what you get on hitting the 'Changes' link - note that all topics are shown as NEW, apart from the
WebNotify topic - however, all except the
RollBackTopicRevisionIsBroken topic are in fact not new. The Diffs link from the Changes page, or within the topic works correctly.

Follow up
Fix record
Was a bug introduced recently caused by incorrect parameters in a
getRevisionInfo() call that always returned 1 for the revision, which is used in the .changes file. Is fixed,
TWikiAlphaRelease and TWiki.org are updated.
