Czech Translation

I have translated around 2/3 of user interface of twiki. Because I finally decided to choose different wiki software, I am attaching cs.po file for free use.

Přelo¸il jsem přibli¸ně dvě třetiny u¸ivatelského rozhraní pro twiki. Proto¸e nakonec jsem se rozhodl pou¸ít jiné wiki, připojuji soubor cs.po pro volné pou¸ití

We will soon release TWiki 4.1. If you can finish the translation by 2006-12-28 we can take it into this release. If possible, try to finish some days before this deadline, so we can handle any issues that may appear with the translations.
