This flag identifies you by recognising the IP address you connect from

I really dislike this flag in TWikiDotCfg. It is enabled on TWikiDotOrg, and it causes me issues when I connect from behind the same Network Address Translator as another TWikiDotOrg user.

I've ended up with the wrong WebLeftBar, and often have to repeatedly authenticate.

It unnecessary and archeic, especially now that we have TedPavlic's cookie-based SessionPlugin which is BetterThandoRememberRemoteUser. I assert that cookies are a reasonable system requirement and we ought to refrain from recommending use of this flag.
