Follow-up on develop.twiki.org server move

• Desired outcome: Identify follow-up tasks

TWiki 4.0.3 release status

• Desired outcome: Decide on scope of release, decide on release date of TWikiRelease04x00x03

• PTh recommends minimal fix & quick release
• Release notes should state fixes/enh of each patch release
• UpgradeTWiki script has been requested - needs a full day of work.
• CDot would like the white space in templates fix currently in DEVELOP to go into 4.0.3. This requires a lot of testing before we can release it.
• Arthur has kept the PatternSkin in sync on both DEVELOP and TWiki4 branches.
• Will would like to see solution to CSS issues.
• Kenneth proposed that the email fix is maintained
• Peter proposed that the email fix is only displayed on the known issues page.

• develop.twiki.org server move
  • Post-commit script (Sven)
  • Email when committing (Sven)
    • outgoing mail needs to work
    • twiki-dev subscriptions need to be fixed
  • Add linked fastserver.net logo to develop.twiki.org home and bugs webhome (Sven)

• TWiki 4.0.2 follow up
  • Upload patch to the download page (Will)
  • Remove hotfix from download page and have it visible on known issues page. (Peter)

• TWiki 4.0.3 release
  • UpgradeTWiki script (need actionee - none found)
    • Test it
    • Fix it
    • Document it
    • Procedure for testing it in the release cycle incl test cases
  • Add the 6-8 urgent/requirement bugs (Action - all)

• CSS-related issues
  • No known solution for the moment.
