1. Action Item Review

• Peter: Create a TWikiBetaTesting topic in Codev, with info for beta testers.
• Kenneth: Looking to add at least two more people - preferable non-developers to share the role as customers advocate
• Arthur/Kennteh/Peter: Need to update the TWiki application so the process becomes less manual

2. Which Branch is Default Plugins released from?

A default plugin in Patch branch and MAIN branch may not be the same version. Which one goes on twiki.org Plugins web?

Decision was:

• Default plugins (including PatternSkin) are released from Patch release branch.
• All other plugins are released from MAIN branch.
• If a default plugin version from MAIN branch needs to be beta tested it is done by building a zip/tgz pair from the MAIN branch and attaching it to the Dev topic.

KennethLavrsen added this decision to the PluginsInSubversion topic.

3. Review Proposed Features

• Desired outcome: Decide on feature items that are ready for the release meeting (see TWikiFeature04x02 and TWikiRelease04x01Process)

• TocFailsForIdenticalHeadingNames was accepted with the spec "keep it compatible for non-duplicates, append an auto generated number for duplicates, starting from second one"
• AddAjaxContribsToDistribution was discussed but no decision could be made because topic needs more discussion on what it means and does.

Action Items
