1. Action Item Review

Actions that relates to agenda point have been moved to that agenda point

• Done - Kenneth changes all proposals not yet implemented to Georgetown.

2. Maintenance of develop.twiki.org Server

• Desired outcome: Resolve the server error asap; clearly define who is driving the server maintenance; get shell access to all core team members

Action items from last time for this item

• Peter: Call again ISP of develop.twiki.org.
  • Done. Support asks us to replicate issue before they take any action. "All hardware tests run perfectly."
• Sven: When develop.twiki.org is up again all core team members need access to the server with full sudo rights. We cannot be dependent on only having Sven admin the server. There has been too many periods with no actions.

3. Review Proposed Features

• Desired outcome: Decide which feature go into 4.2 and which ones are deferred (see TWikiFeature04x02 and TWikiRelease04x01Process)

• SearchWithTWikiQueryLanguage
  • Spec discussed. The compromize agreement was to go with what we have. And then after the first beta test evaluate which parts we like and which we will mark as subject to change in later release.

4. Coordinate TWiki Release 4.2

• Desired outcome: Decide on tentative dates for string freeze and other dates

The plan from previous release meeting:

• Feature freeze (last day to checkin new features): Monday 28 May 2007.
• Beta release: 17 Jun 2007
• Earliest release date (can be delayed if too many bugs are open or tests fail): 30 Jun 2007

Action Items

• Sven/Crawford - Create accounts with sudo access for d.t.o when up again for Kenneth and Arthur. Ask Richard if he needs one.
