Bug: MonthOutOfRange
When trying to save an edited page, I receive an error: Month '-1' out of range 0..11 at ../lib/TWiki.pm line 1023 This doesn't happen every time, only sometimes. Removing the RCS Topic.txt,v-file lets me make the changes. I'm using the Perl based RcsLite due to server limitations. I have attached the ,v file from the latest problematic topic, WebMenu.Test case
