Motivation
Spiders on public sites sometimes index content without regard to robots.txt and neglect URL parameter directives, such as links to previous versions of pages. Same for browser "optimizers" that greedily prefetch pages. This can lead to a temporary high load on public TWiki sites.Description and Documentation
