PatrickDalinghoff Would Like to Check-in
Who am I?
My name is Patrick Dalinghoff, working for Computer Science Corporation in Germany in the role of a senior systems engineer in the internet technology area, since 18 years.
What do I want?
write access to
SVN for the following branches:
twikiplugins
What can I do?
I am a practical person and as such always looking for improvements in our daily day to day work, especially in terms of process automation.
Approx. seven year ago, I started to work with Perl for system administration in a Micosoft environment.
I developed several basic web applications that helped us in doing our jobs better.
Why do I want to do it?
I was always looking for something like TWiki that fully supports all aspects of extendability in terms of web application customisation. It's the biggest 'living document' I have ever seen.
I am planning to use TWiki as Knowledge base and Client
TechSupport platform using
TechSupport scripts, automated
TechSupport file upload from the client to TWiki and
TechSupport workflow management i.e. URL Unblocking Request management etc.
I have just finished my first plugin 'ExternalTopicsViewerPlugin' that reads external files stored on the TWiki server, presents the file name chunks in a sortable TWiki table and allows to open them just like a standard TWiki topic for viewing.
