Rejected By Release Meeting

Change proposals raised according to the TWikiRelease04x01Process will discussed and voted for at the release meetings.

Anyone that shows up has a vote.

Core team members has the right to put a veto. It requires two vetos to reject a proposal. See TWikiRelease04x01Process for the exact process.

When a proposal is rejected please put the link to the meeting minutes in the RelatedTopics field.

If the rejection is due to a core veto please use the reason RejectedByCoreVeto.
