If I find time I will implement the renameuser command that will:

• rename the topic as usual
• change the .htpasswd file
• change TWikiUsers and re-sort it

A simple deleteuser script could instead:

• move (rename) the user to a OldUsers web
• update TWikiUsers as above (or move to TWikiOldUsers)
• remove his/her password

I'd ask that you consider installations that don't use Apache - we need hooks to generically request actions otherwise being actioned on the .htpasswd file.
