Feature Proposal: Support automatic external links for rtsp

Motivation

We use a lot of rtsp links for content in our own Twiki and it would be nice if this were included with the likes of ftp, news, and gopher.... Would save us time in editting and upkeep of our links to our rtsp content.

Description and Documentation

Today external links in Twiki formatting supports http://..., https://..., ftp://..., gopher://..., news://..., file://..., telnet://... and mailto:...@... This is a request to extend that to rtsp://... as well.

Examples

rtsp:// 38.102.151.116/RL/COUNTDONMETA0128.sdp would render with

<a href="rtsp:// 38.102.151.116/RL/COUNTDONMETA0128.sdp">rtsp:// 38.102.151.116/RL/COUNTDONMETA0128.sdp</a>

Discussion

There is a {LinkProtocolPattern} configure setting where you can add rtsp to the list of supported protocols.

I am wondering of this should be added to the TWiki release or not. Could you give some idea on how pervasive this protocol is used?
