In alpha release at present, the link for viewing an attachment includes the version number. So if you are looking at an old version of the topic, the link will be to an old attachment version if appropriate.

If there is no RCS file, nothing gets displayed. I've made change (to be uploaded soon) to use attachment in pub directory is version is missing. However, should a warning screen be shown first? Thoughts?
