Issue involving using svn with shared webs

Like other core developers, I'm running more than one install for the same "site": that is, for the same set of webs, other than the TWiki web. Mostly it works fine, except for Main. That needs to be shared, but that makes SVN quite unhappy and, of course, I'll miss out on any changes to Main in SVN.

Any ideas, solutions?
