The TWikiInstallationGuide discusses diagnosis of failure of RCS to update the rev number of a topic. At that point, it would help to remind an installer that, by design, the rev does not normally change when the same user re-edits the page within an hour. I note that this point is made on the "Release edit lock help" in an edit session, but an installer doesn't have that context in front of them at deployment time, and can easily come to believe there is something wrong. Besides, "Release edit lock" seems so descriptive, that who would press the help link?
