Sven or Crawford: Since you have been so much in favor of the new release naming, could you please also fix the affected topics in Codev, Plugins and Support web so that all the reports work as expected? It is expected that I do all the cleanup, but I better ask...

Congratulations to us all for having a new beta out Regarding the zip, I guess there's a 5mb upload limit(?)

To all: Bugs are tracked at http://develop.twiki.org/~develop/cgi-bin/view/Bugs/WebHome, item numbers larger than 1425 are related to beta 6.

OK, that was probably it. I increased the upload limit to 8MB for Codev web.

Side note: CoreTeam members are in the TWikiAdminGroup. Hmm, we invited Crawford several times to join the CoreTeam, which he declined. The offer still stands. May be the time has come?

I announced this beta at SourceForge and Freshmeat.

Fixing the reports is urgent, especially in the TWikiBetaReleases topic since this topic is highly visible and currently does not show the latest Beta.

I did two brain dead searches in TWikiBetaReleases, they are slow and cannot have a combined limit due to incompatible change in naming convention. At least the latest beta is listed and the releases show up in the correct order.

Reports in Plugins and Support web are pending...

Thanks and, happy birthday, Peter. It would be useful if there was a page somewhere that showed the SVN number or tag name so that people with a SVN based install could transition backward and forward between successive betas.

e.g. svn up -r4.0.0-beta6 or svn up -rXXXX where XXXX is listed on the release pages.
