Will version 3.0.5 replace the current 2.1.2 ?

-- BobBagwill - 19 Mar 2008

Only one way to find out; try unzipping 3.0.5 over pub/TWiki/TinyMCEPlugin/tinymce, watch for sparks and sniff around for smoke.

I tried very hard to keep the TinyMCE release in the plugin as close to their release package as possible; AFAIK I only applied their patches to it. So in theory it should work, as long as the TinyMCE folks haven't broken compatibility.

Looking for a tutorial (for the layperson) on how to install TinyMCE on a Wordpress blog hosted by GoDaddy (if it even matters). I've reviewed many TWiki tutorials but can't seem to connect the dots. Thanks. -Benjamin

May be better ask in a Wordpress forum?
