Many of the entries in the Topic Parent list will never be used as Topic Parents. Many of the entries will be used frequently. Systematic use of the Topic Parents makes your wiki more navigatable. I think for many people a list of 5-20 Topic parents will suffice 95% of the time. My suggestion is to have a list of 5-20 Topics easily selectable without using the scrollbar. They could be either (1) at the top of the list or (2) to the right of the current list (my suggested location).
