Motivation

Th H1 header is often used as a page title. It would be nice if <nop>TOPICTITLE recognized this automatically.

Description and Documentation

The topic title is currently defined by, in order of sequence:

• form field named "Title",
• topic preference setting named TITLE,
• topic name.

I would like to see a 4th option, just above "topic name" to grab the first H1 header if defined.

Impact

Users who already set an H1 (i.e. ---+) header will get a nicer tab, bookmark, and history experience.

Good idea. We have to make sure the performance is not suffering for the extra lookup.

Should we add a configure flag to turn this on/off? If so. default on or off?

I think a flag, default off, would be good backward compatibility.
