Bug: User Defined Anchor Names Truncated
User defined Anchor names are truncated. This is likely to be an interaction with TOC due to TOC truncating automatically generated anchor names. This is inappropriate for user defined anchors since people may be migrating content from a non-TWiki source into a TWiki source, and wish to retain anchorsTest case
In NamedIncludeSections I defined a section start of#WhyOverLappingSectionsAreImportant
However this was truncated to NamedIncludeSections#WhyOverLappingSectionsAreImporta
