Feature Proposal: Features List For Newest Version

Motivation

There are a number of pages with clear dates but some with no dates. As twiki offers more, some older pages may become less relevant.

Description and Documentation

This is not a request for a twiki feature. Instead, it is a request for a feature of the twiki website. There could be a more clear distinction between available and pre-installed plugins. While older pages are helpful in some areas, the information on features may conflict with what is currently available. Also, some of the pages here conflict with wikimatrix and wikipedia listings. It would be nice to know what is preinstalled before deciding between twiki and other wikis. Once that list was made, it would be easy to maintain.
