Feature Proposal: WYSIWYG auto attach/paste img

Motivation

make it simpler to export/import images from word documents to a topic via the WYSIWYG editor

Hello Crawford,

It would be nice if when copying an image from word, that the WYSIWYG editor would do a paste that was smart enough to "attach the current image in the copy buffer" to the topic being edited and then place the image in the topic where the cursor is after clicking the insert image icon.

Not a bug but a feature request.

Currently "Insert image" assumes the image is already attached to the topic
