Web Monday

From http://www.webmontag.de/ : "Web Monday - connects users, developers, founders, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, researchers, web pioneers, bloggers, podcasters, designers and other folks interested in Web 2.0 topics (in the broadest sense)."

The events are modeled after WikiWednesdays, BarCamp and TagCamp. Events are very informal, usually with some short demo of some cool technology. Tim Bonnemann (blog) started the first Web Monday in Nov 2005.

The events are held mainly in Germany. The first Silicon Valley Web Monday happened on 12 Jun 2006.
