Like, JotSpot, I found Wetpaint very useful to look at for ideas about how TWiki should/could be simplified and what wiki-features are becoming "standard" (such as tags and edit comments). Also brought home how AJAX could improve UI for editing, tagging, and organizing.

Note that Wetpaint uses page titles, not WikiWords (see TopicDisplayName proposal).

We can learn from commercial vendors such as JotSpot and Wetpaint how to build a CustomerFocusedTWikiOrg website.
