Note: if personal data is being stored using a secret database, then it is only visible to the user and to administrators. To classify the SKUs into various groups, you need to define those groups. This group definition is hierarchical in nature, and you can use the Dimensional Hierarchy Manager provided by JDA Foundation to create and manage dimensional hierarchies.
