To all the Niagara Falls Entourage,
My name is Roy McDowell, and I worked here this summer as a Temporary in the Applicant Services Section.
I would like to take this opportunity to tell you all what an excellent experience I have had this summer. I have known approximately 14 people here prior to coming to ACS, and so many other people I don’t know were always saying “hello” as they walked by, or when getting coffee. What a pleasant experience.
I would like to say that a few people in particular have stood out and made my experience a memorable one. YaLaunda Ground’s style and insight was refreshing. She knows her stuff, is a fascinating persona, and you can’t say that YaLaunda didn’t warn you! Thank you! Mr. Salada is a consummate professional – kind, considerate, and understanding. He is/was a wonderful person to interact with. And, with the exception of one person, all of the floor people who took the time to help us through even the silliest of questions were absolutely wonderful, and not only willing to help, but to teach. But the most amazing person I met during this whole period was Jason Martinelli, hands down. Smart, funny, and friendly does not come close to describing Mr. Martinelli. Not only was he a teacher, but his willingness to help you exceed was unprecedented. This man should not only be a support specialist, but should be active in running this company. I hope he gets his due.
Thank you all for everything. Good luck in your careers, and perhaps we will work together again in the future!
Roy McDowell

TWiki has system wide preferences settings defined in TWikiPreferences. You can customize preferences settings to your needs: To overload a system setting, (1) do a "raw view" on TWikiPreferences, (2) copy a Set VARIABLE = value bullet, (3) do a "raw edit" of your user profile page, (4) add the bullet to the bullet list above, and (5) customize the value as needed. Make sure the settings render as real bullets (in "raw edit", a bullet requires 3 or 6 spaces before the asterisk).
