TWikiAccessibility - The 1st Wiki for the visually impaired

This Wiki is being developed as part of a university dissertation into desktop environment accessibility for the blind and visually impaired. It's main objectives are;

1/. Make users aware o f the various options.

2/. Encourage dissabled users to access IT and the WWW.

3/. Facilitate a self developing community to support elements 1 and 2.
