Plugins Brainstorming: GanttEditorPlugin

TWiki is used for project management in many companies. There is currently no Gantt editor available for TWiki. JonBultmeyer pointed me to a jQuery Gantt editor at http://roberto.open-lab.com/2012/08/30/jquery-gantt-editor-bugfix-released/, which can be downloaded from https://github.com/robicch/jQueryGantt. jQueryGantt is pretty feature complete and is a good candidate for TWiki:

• jQuery based
• MIT license
• JSON import-export
• internationalizable
• manage task statuses –> sort of workflow handling
• manage dependencies
• manage assignments (resources, roles, efforts)
• server synchronization ready
• full undo-redo support
• cross browser support

TWiki already standardized on jQuery, and Gantt data can be saved in JSON format as file attachments via REST call. Anybody interested in creating a GanttEditorPlugin?
