Question

When I add an attachment to a topic that has content, it will add the attachment correctly but the topic content will be deleted. I then have to go back to the previous revision and copy the content back.

This happens with any file type I try to attach. Other than this my TWiki installation is working perfectly, and there's no errors in the configure settings.

You have a point - this bug is well known and should be listed under KnownIssuesOfTWiki04x00x00. Will try to find time to do so asap.
