Question
How do you administer a TWiki when LoginManager is set to 'none'? I receive this error when I try to save my changes:
Access Denied
Attention
Access check on TWiki.TWikiPreferences failed. Action "change": access not allowed on web.
Contact webmaster@examplePLEASENOSPAM.com if you have any questions.

From the documentaion:
No Login
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Forget about authentication to make your site completely public - anyone can browse and edit freely, in classic Wiki style. All visitors are given the TWikiGuest default identity, so you can't track individual user activity.
Which means to me that I should be able to edit the TWikiPreferences page without logging in. (I am working on an Intranet, so this is what I want for now.) Am I incorrect in this asssumption?

Answer
If you answer a question - or someone answered one of your questions - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status selector is below the edit box.
There's a rather little quirk in there. Editing the TWikiPreferences topic is, per distribution default, restricted to TWikiAdminGroup, and the unauthenticated user is not a member of that group. The easiest workaround would be to add TWikiGuest to the line starting with
* Set GROUP = ATWikiUser in your Main.TWikiAdminGroup topic.
