Question

Hi, is there any alternative to allow non-admin users to manage and create their webs under the permitted web? For instance, http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/PermittedWeb/SubWeb/ There are some requirement in my organisation to open up this feature for non-admin users to manage their own webs under the PermittedWeb. Please help and thanks in advanced.
