I got message ATTACHMENT MOVE ERROR when I want move attachment to the Trash.TrashAttachment. Where is the problem?

What is the exact error message? Are the pub/Trash and pub/Trash/TrashAttachment directories writeable by the cgi-bin user?

The error message is:

Attachment move error
During move of attachment pages.dat in TrashAttachments an error was found. Please notify your TWiki administrator.
Failed to move attachment

pub/Trash and pub/Trash/TrashAttachment directories are writeable by the cgi-bin user.
