Question

Hi! Is it possible to use the Twiki 4.2 default TinyMCEPlugin Editor with NatSkin. I have tried the solution from HowToEnableWysiwygInNatSkin, but it ruins the look and feel of the NatSkin.

Environment

TWiki version: 4.2
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: Ubuntu 7.04
Web server: Apache2
Perl version: 5.8
Client OS: Centos5
Web Browser: Firefox
Categories: Plugins, Skin

Answer

ALERT! If you answer a question - or someone answered one of your questions - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status selector is below the edit box.

The solution from HowToEnableWysiwygInNatSkin can't work as it is specific to the Kupu wysiwyg editor while you are trying to use the TinyMCE wysiwyg editor.

Kupu is loaded in an extra window with a specific kupu template whereas TinyMCE replaces just the text area on your edit screen.

I'm afraid I can't help but you might want to have a look at NatSkinDev, I believe your issue was discussed there regarding a prior NatSkin version.

Thanks for your answer. Regarding the HowToEnableWysiwygInNatSkin solution, I actually replaced kupu with TinyMCE, as in Set SKIN = TinyMCE, NatSkin (I didn't mention that). However from the NatSkinDev, it seems like it is not possible to use TinyMCE with NatSkin, at the moment (?).
