Question
We had a few large MS world document which we would like to put up on our network, we are planning on cutting them up and using TWiki's TOC and child/parent topics for organize them. What i am wondering is if there is any way to copy over word into a twiki (including formatting), i imagine using a WYSIWYG editor? The documents also include a few images, and flowcharts.
If this can't be done, I guess we'd have to convert them over to twiki by hand, use the draw plugin for the flowcharts, and attach images. Obviously being able to convert Word or office documents over would be better. (Maybe i should put this in as a suggestion :P )
Has anyone had to do something like this?
Thanks,
Environment

Answer
If you answer a question - or someone answered one of your questions - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status selector is below the edit box.
Currently there are two options:
- MsWordToTWikiMLAddOn converts Word docs to TWiki markup using a Word macro file. It collects most images in the document and saves them in ready to use image files.
- MsOfficeAttachmentsAsHTMLPlugin lets you attach a word doc and displays it as a web page. Editing needs to be done by editing the attached word doc.
Better MS Office compatibility (both to and from TWiki) would greatly help getting TWiki acceptance by non-tech-savvy colleagues (which are the dominant species in most offices). But, unless I'm mistaken, this is all we've got at the moment.
