Question

I am using MailInContrib plugin. This plugin adds email to TWiki, creating new topics as necessary.

I want to understand and control the template that is used when a new topic is created.

Specifically, I want each (new) topic page to include a TOC at the top. Can someone give me a hint as to what I need to edit to make this happen? What templet is used when a new Topic is created "behind the scenes"?

(Note: I know how to edit my default user template, i.e. WebTopicEditTemplate. That isn't used when a plugin such as MailInContrib creates a new topic programatically.)
