Question

We have a lot of documents that we have to manage. We decided to create a specific Web and a template table/form and manage the documents by filling the table and puting a link to a repository directory where we will upload the file. We are trying to understand what is the best strategy to develop such an interface and wonder wether there is any sample codes for this purpose.
