How can I edit the Uploaded files

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x02x03
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin,Plugins.EditFileUploadPlugin
Server OS: Windows Xp
Web server: Apache 2.2
Perl version: 5.8
Client OS: windows xp
Web Browser: mozilla firefox 3.0.4
