Question

I would like to change the labels on the "Edit" and "WYSIWYG" links presented at the top and bottom of a page. I would like to change them to "Edit raw" and "Edit WYSIWYG". (users are confused about current labels).

How do I do this ?

The site is plain-vanilla v4.0.4, i.e. it uses PatternSkin.
