Question

I am using a template and form to create new topcs. Much like the registration form. However on the registration form when you go to the new topic i.e. JohnDoe page the form is at the top of the page. I would like to be able to do the same thing on mine however I can not figure out how to move the form. On my new pages the editing section is on top then the form. Is there a way to switch this?
