I have problem with Invalid Activation Code. What should I do?

This question is extremely void of details. I'll assume that TWiki sent you an activation code and then you tried it but it didn't work. Make sure you cut and paste the whole thing and not just the number. "Code" implies that it's only the number but it's not (I think perhaps the wording or instructions should be clarified)

I got the same error message and I did copy and paste the code. Is there a fix for this issue? Also, ways to troubleshoot it? Thank you!
