Question

Please let me know, how can i take backup of my twiki site. What will be the restore procedure, if the machine crashes.

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x01x02
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: Windows XP
Web server: Apache
Perl version:  
Client OS: Windows XP
Web Browser: IE 6.0

All the TWiki data is always stored fully on disk. So just backing up the TWiki installation dir + the apache config file + the crontab lines to start housekkeping (email notify) processes) is sufficient. Nothing special to restore, just re-put the dir in place + apache config + crontab and everything will work, no need to start.

Note that backuping the Twiki install dir is quite enough. the rest can be redone by hand like a first install.
