Question

How can I turn on the debug information to be logged in the Dakar release. I searched support and documentation webs and came up with nothing.

There is no single switch. Because perl is an interpreted language, switch enabled debugging costs runtime. Debugging is usually done on a module-by-module basis, depending on what you are trying to trace.
