Question

Hi, I'm wondering how other people use ALLOW/DENYTOPICRENAME, because it seems meaningless at each topic. This setting must be combined with ALLOWTOPICCHANGE, or it doesn't allow users to rename the topic by itself. But since users with the permission to change a topic can modify the access control of the topic, ALLOW/DENYTOPICRENAME cannot prevent renaming by them.

What purpose was this feature designed for? (or am I understanding something incorrectly?)
