Answer

Are you refering to the Main topic or the TWiki.org index.html page? The html page is static.

To view the raw text of any topic, click on "More" and checkmark the "view raw" checkbox. You get the same by appending ?raw=on to the view URL, e.g. for this topic, https://www.twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Support/HowToViewRawTextOfTWikiOrgFirstPage?raw=on

That's a static HTML page, so View Source in your browser is the only option.
