I am New for Wikipedia, I want to install twiki. please provide me the details of software which should be installed n how to configure those?

For single use, such as TWiki on your laptop use the TWikiForWindowsPersonal. For multiple users, the easiest way to get TWiki installed on a Windows server is TWikiVMDebianStable. See also TWikiOnWindows for other options.
