Answer

ALERT! If you answer a question - or someone answered one of your questions - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status selector is below the edit box.

The entries in English are considered default and can be found in locale/TWiki.pot. Note that with each release entries in this file are added and removed automatically by a script that runs throught the code and templates.

locale/TWiki.pot is part of the distribution. Download the TWiki zip file again in case it is missing.

I made a change to this file and do not see it reflected in my TWiki install (I changed the mgstr for WYSIWYG from "" to "Visual Edit").

Does something need to be enabled? I looked at maketext and couldn't tell if it just passed through if something wasn't turned on.
