Does anyone know if a
ReadWriteOfflineWiki module has been developed yet. This would come in real handy when working off site. I don't have a problem with installing a webserver on those laptops that need it, just need the synchronization vehicle.

Answer
I'd really like to see this as well... One tool to investigate for initial synchronisation is
wget, this works well for
ReadOnlyOfflineWiki, although incremental syncing is not possible without blatting all the pages out to a static HTML tree. Once you have pulled all new pages from a peer TWiki, you can analyse them. I suspect a new skin or script would be needed to pull the pages in raw .txt form. Since some hosted websites can't install new software (and on our intranet server I can't install new software as root) it would be best if everything is done via HTTP.
Maybe the best approach is to start with something very simple that just does a 3-way diff when there is a conflict (original file foo, and foo-A and foo-B from TWiki users A and B), and emails it to both users involved? I'd suspect that conflicts would be quite rare in many sites.
